I don't get to shoot too many bridals but I really enjoy the opportunity when allowed. It's a great trial run for the bride but it's also a great trial run for me, I get to see the style of the dress and have poses in mind for the wedding day before I even arrive. Another perk is I usually get to meet the mother of the bride, sisters, and even bridesmaids if I'm lucky! When I have the opportunity to meet with my couples many times before the wedding that results in the best photos as compared to meeting the day of the wedding. I'm able to get to know them a little better, their tastes, their style, all around that just makes my job easier and I'm able to provide them with timeless images that are more unique to their story.
We took Morgan's bridals last summer at Stone Chapel and I'm excited to share them with you! I loved the dress she chose, so classy yet still an original.
Morgan's hairstylist tagged along too and added a fun little ribbon for a couple shots. I loved changing up her look for a few! Eventually we took the ribbon out but kept the sideswept ponytail for the remainder of the shoot. Morgan had her younger sister and mother came along! Morgan's mom really wanted three generations of wedding rings captured but feared on the wedding day it would be forgotten so bringing them to the bridal session was a great idea!
